Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable quick action of inputted heat quality in sintering operation by detecting the total of sensitive heats with informations from various kinds of detectors in a sintering machine and adjusting adding rate of powdered coke with finite difference between this newest value in the detected value and moving average of the past data. CONSTITUTION:In the sintering machine, based on the informations from a thermometer T1, pressure gage P, flow meter V arranged to a main duct 1 and a thermometer T2 arranged to an exhaust gas cylinder 2 in a cooler and a thermometer T3 arranged to an apron feeder at lower side of the cooler, the total of the sensible heats outputted with the sintering is periodically detected. At the same time, the finite difference between the newest total sensible heat (one hr value) of these detected values and the moving average for four hr of the past data is obtd. and this finite difference is converted into coke conversion value and compared with the preset reference value. In case this finite difference is out of the reference value, the coke blending ratio in blending raw material is varied by the preset value. By this method, the quality of sintered ore can be maintained at low cost.
