Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To use fiber for the cleaning device and the developing device of an electrophotographic device by dispersing magnetic fine powder in fiber. CONSTITUTION:A fiber 90 for brush is formed in such a manner that magnetic fine powder 92 such as ferrite is uniformly dispersed into fiber 91 such as rayon and nylon and magnetism is imparted to whole fibers. The subject device is used in such a manner that the heat of a bristle body is brought into contact with the periphery of a photosensitive drum to apply a bias voltage corresponding to the electrification polarity of toner fine powder and the electric potential of the photosensitive body surface to the photosensitive drum. After the toner fine powder is triboelectrified by the rotation of the brushing roll, it is magnetically attracted to the magnetized bristle body of the brushing roll independently or together with carriers. Thereby, the subject device can be properly used as the brushing roll for the developing device and cleaning device of an electrophotographic device.
