PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically remove rain drops adhering to a rear windshield on the day next to the rainy day when a vehicle ran, by automatically operating the rear wiper in a short time when the vehicle which has run in the rain more than a predetermined time, starts at the next time. CONSTITUTION:When an ignition switch 10 is turned off until a predetermined deenergiaing time has elapsed after a front wiper switch 2 is turned off, and is again turned on, a timer 12 is energized to turn on its contact for several ten minutes. The turning-on time of the contact of the timer is necessary for reciprocating a rear wiper in several times. When the contact of the timer is turned on, current from a capacitor 7 runs through a coil in a relay 13 which is therefore energized to drive a rear motor 15 for operating the rear wiper.
