Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To quickly take heat from a gripping surface by metallically connecting a metal coated surface of an intermediate plate to many thin plates and forming a passage for transmitting heat from the intermediate plate to the gripping surface by the thin plates. CONSTITUTION: A space adjacent to a griping surface 2 is blocked by an intermediate plate 5 having the nonmetallic side facing the gripping surface 2 and the surface capable of being coated with metal, approximately parallel to the gripping surface 2. This intermediate plate 5 is provided with a noncoated surface having an electric heating resistor 7, and a surface coated with metal. The surface coated with metal is metallically connected to many thin plates 4. Moreover, a passage for transmitting heat from the intermediate plate 5 to the griping surface 2 by the thin plates 4 is formed.
