STABILIZER FOR POWER SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To shorten the time necessary for coping with a fault by arranging a main operating unit at each terminal and executing stabilizing operation for the entire system at the terminal where the fault is detected then providing control commands to other terminals based on the operation results. CONSTITUTION:Fault occurred in the range of a system to be managed through each terminal station 11-N is detected through fault detecting means 51-N and system information detecting means 41-N. A main operating means 31-N receives the information and initiates a stabilizing program, then the main operating means 31-N determines a stabilizing control method necessary for prevention of spreading of fault and provides a control command. When the control command concerns a control object to be managed by other terminal station 11-N, the information is fed through a transmission line 2 to other terminal station 11-N.
