Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To thin the thickness of the title catalyst and to enhance strength thereof by impregnating ceramic paper with a mixture of titania sol and silica sol and thereafter drying and calcining this ceramic paper and then carrying vanadium oxide thereon and forming the denitration catalyst. CONSTITUTION:Silica/alumina-based or alumina-based ceramic fiber is manufactured to sheets and thereby ceramic paper is obtained. This ceramic paper is impregnated with a mixture of titania sol and silica sol and then dried and calcined. A denitration catalyst is formed by carrying vanadium oxide on the obtained ceramic paper with solid held thereon.
