DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING TRAVELING SPEED OF TRACTOR

PURPOSE:To efficiently use the power of an engine and save energy by providing a rotation restraining means for restraining an accelerator operating system to be in the position of lowering the rotation of the engine at the time of detecting high speed by a high-speed detector. CONSTITUTION:A motor 51 and a cam 52 which is fixed to the rotary shaft 51a of the motor 51 are provided in the vicinity of a speed regulating lever 42. The cam 52 is 90 deg. rotated from a lever non-restraining position as shown by the solid line to a lever restraining position as shown by the two-dot chain line by the drive of the motor 51, thereby restraining the speed regulating lever 42 to be in the position of lowering the rotation of an engine. A motor driving circuit 54 receives the detecting signals of a first high-speed position detector 34 and a second high-speed position detector 37 and, when both of the first high-speed position detector 34 and second high-speed position detector 37 detected high-speed positions, a current is allowed to flow in the motor 51 to drive the motor 51.
