WORK TRANSFER PALLET

PURPOSE:To make it possible to process a plural kind of works with a kind of processing machine by mounting a pallet transferring works like automobile parts with a variety of shapes to a processing station on the processing machine together with works. CONSTITUTION:Three supporting members 13 to support a work W are fixed on the pallet main body 10. Moreover, on three brackets 14 rigidly fastening the work W on the pallet main body 10, chuck members 16 are fixed respectively with pins 15 in a way to freely ocillate toward the center. A sliding shaft 17 is installed in themiddle of the pallet main body 10 in a way to freely slide in its axial direction. On the sliding shaft 17, a pressing member 21 is installed, which is energized with a springing force in the retreating direction with a compressed coil spring 20 mounted between a large diameter part 18 and a locking metal 19. On the main rotating shaft 32 rotating the pallet main body 10, a clamp shaft 37 driving the sliding shaft 17 is installed in a way to freely slide in its axial direction.
