ELECTROLUMINESCENCE ELEMENT

PURPOSE:To stabilize the oscillation of a circuit and the luminous brightness by forming a front electrode, a luminous layer, an insulating layer, and a back electrode on a base film in this order, and forming a film type capacitor on the side of the luminous layer on the base film. CONSTITUTION:On a transparent base film 1, a transparent front electrode 2, a luminous layer 3, an insulating layer 4, and a back electrode 5 are laminated in this order. From the front electrode 2, a front side drawing-out electrode 8 is extended through a collector belt 6 and an insulator 7, and from the back electrode 6, a back side drawing-out electrode 9 is extended. The front electrode 2 and the base film 1, the insulator 4, and the back electrode 5 are extended to the left side in the figure, and the insulator layer 4 is held between the front electrode 2 and the back electrode 6 and forms a membranous capacitor 10. Consequently, a circuit to carry out a stable oscillation constantly in a simple structure can be composed, and the luminous brightness is stabilized.
