WASHER FOR PANEL PIN

PURPOSE:To aim at shortening of a washing time and improvement in reliability of washing of pins by providing plural washing nozzles opposed to plural pins, a splash preventing plate, plural nozzle positioning pads and a nozzle lengthwise driving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Washer is injected to pins 2 from the plural washer injecting holes 3a of washing nozzles 3 at the same time. At this stage, a splash preventing plate 4 inhibits the washer from splashing to the effective surface of a panel 1, and the used washer is recovered into a recovery gutter 16 to be discharged 10 the exterior. After an elapse of a predetermined injection time, the injection of the washer comes to a halt. The operating rod 8a of a nozzle lengthwise driving mechanism 8 retreats, and also the washing nozzle 3 and nozzle positioning pads 6 retract. An elevating mechanism 14 moves a supporting base 13 downward, leading to completion of washing of the pins 2. This enables shortening of a washing time and improvement in reliability of washing of pins 2.
