Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging phenomenon of developer and to obtain a stable image by providing a mesh on the opening part of a developer cartridge. CONSTITUTION:One component type developer 11a in the developer cartridge 7 is stirred with developer electrostatic charging auxiliary particles 12 by a stirring blade 8. The developer 11a passes the opening part of the cartridge 7 and is conveyed to the developing part of a photosensitive body through a sleeve 2 incorporating fixed magnets 3a-3f. The mesh 13 which prevents the particles 12 from passing is provided on the opening part of the cartridge 7, so that the clogging phenomenon of the developer is prevented from occurring in a narrow regulating part between a developer regulating member 4 and the sleeve 2 and dependency on environment in a state where the developer is electrostatically charged because of the clogging is prevented.
