MOTOR FOR VIBRATION ALARM

PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and cost and to enhance reliability by vibrating and rotating a motor itself. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 5 of a flat motor for forming a vibration motor is composed by varying the number of turns of one of three segment coils 5. Thus, after a cylindrical commutator 4 is engaged with a shaft 1, a flat elliptical segment coil 5 composed by lap winding a self-adhering wire blank is disposed in the same plane, wired as predetermined, then molded with resin, filled to be solidified with solidifying agent such as molding resin adhesive, etc., between the coil 5 and the commutator 4 to thereby form a rotor 6. The number of turns of the coil 5-3 of the coils 5 is reduced from those of other coils 5-1, 2 to collapse the rotary balance of the rotor 6 itself thereby to obtain the vibration motor. Thus, the attachment of an expensive weight can be eliminated.
