Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable a temperature decrease to be prevented of hot water and piping space to be reduced with a heat insulating material of less thickness by constituting a product of a pipe, layer provided in the peripheral surface of the pipe and impregnated with paraffin further a heat insulating layer provided in the peripheral surface of the paraffin impregnated layer. CONSTITUTION:A copper pipe 4 is coated in its outside with a heat accumulating material layer 5, for instance, consisting of an about 4mm pulp paper layer and being a cylindrical paraffin impregnated layer impregnating paper of basis weight about 1000g/m with about 200wt.% paraffin. The layer 5 is coated in its outside with a heat insulating layer 6, for instance, of unwoven fabric of about 8mm thickness. The layer 6 is coated in its outside with aa about 1mm thick unwoven outer layer 7 having fireproof performance. Further the outside of the layer 7 is coated with a paraffin cushion material layer 8 by paper or the like absorbing extension and contraction by heat.
