The microcomputer 34 further determines the sampling time of this delivery pressure value by a program in the microcomputer 34 according to the accuracy of the delivery pressure value digitalized at the A/D converter 39 and the cycle of pressure pulsation and controls the A/D converter 39 through a control line 40. The fluctuation of delivery pressure value can be thus seized accurately so as to aim at decrease in pressure pulsation.
