CONTROL METHOD FOR NON-PULSATING PUMP

PURPOSE:To grasp the fluctuation of delivery pressure value accurately in a two-throw type reciprocating non-pulsating pump by determining the sampling time of the delivery pressure value according to the accuracy of the digitalized delivery pressure value and the cycle of pressure pulsation. CONSTITUTION:When a start signal is inputted through a pulse generator 36 from a start/stop button 35, a microcomputer 34 calculates pulse motor driving frequency and the like from a flow signal set by a setter 32 through a code converter 33, drives a two-throw type reciprocating pump 31 through a driver 37, detects combined delivery pressure at a sensor 38, performs its sampling through an A/D converter 39 and controls it to be kept constant. The microcomputer 34 further determines the sampling time of this delivery pressure value by a program in the microcomputer 34 according to the accuracy of the delivery pressure value digitalized at the A/D converter 39 and the cycle of pressure pulsation and controls the A/D converter 39 through a control line 40. The fluctuation of delivery pressure value can be thus seized accurately so as to aim at decrease in pressure pulsation.
