Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare a monoclonal antibody against common antigen of porcine and human egg clear zones by selecting a hybridoma reactive with the human egg clear zone in hybridomas reactive with an untreated porcine egg clear zone. CONSTITUTION:Cells capable of producing an antibody are recovered from an animal immunized with a glycoprotein of 23kd in a porcine egg clear zone ZP4 fraction and then fused with myelomatous cells. Hybridomas reactive with a solubilized porcine egg clear zone are selected from the fused cells and hybridomas reactive with an untreated porcine egg clear zone are selected from the above-mentioned hybridomas. A hybridoma reactive with a human egg clear zone is selected from the afore-mentioned selected hybridomas to afford a monoclonal antibody against common antigen of porcine and human egg clear zones.
