Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To make it possible to isolate the phases of blood sample and to sequentially recover isolated phases in the order of the phases by rotating a tubular chamber for collecting the sample around a vertical shaft. CONSTITUTION: The isolating apparatus 10 tightly fastens a limiter 120 and a motor 122 therebetween, and rotates a motor 124 at a high speed. A probe 70 is slid via the limiter 120 to rotate together with the limiter 120 and apparatus 10. The probe 70 is axially limited by a probe bearing 128 fixed to a probe block 130. The block 130 is moved by a linearly operating motor 132. The probe 70 pierces a closed segment 20, detaches a separator assembly 22 from the segment 20, and moves the assembly 22 along the chamber 12. The bearing 134 is supported by the limiter 120, which is rotated with the minimum frictional resistance. Further, an optical sensor 80 mounted with a sensor block 136 is axially moved by the probe 70 while matching it to the assembly 22. The blocks 130, 136 are slid on matching rods 142, 144.
