Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To cool the feed air without increasing the humidity, in a cooler which combines a heat exchanger and a humidity cooling unit, by humidifying and cooling the intake room air in the discharge line, recovering the humidity at the discharge opening at its end, and cooling th4 outside air in the other feed air line. CONSTITUTION:The air discharge line 1 and the air intake line 2 exchange heat as they are separated from each other in a heat exchanger 4 which, in the cabinet casing 3, has alternately superposed corrugated plates 13 and flat plates 14. The air discharge line 1 has a humidifying and cooling device 6 in which humidifying stems 16 made of porous material are erected in the humidifying pan 15, and the intake room air is humidified and cooled therein. A discharge fan 8 is disposed in front of the air outlet 7, and a humidity absorbing device 9 is disposed behind it. The device 9 has humidity absorbing stems 17 containing desicating material which are erected in the humidifying pan 15. The feed air line 2 has a cooling fan 11, and the outside air taken in from the outside air inlet 12 is cooled in the heat exchanger 4 to be delivered into the room from the outlet 10. This way, the temperature can be lowered without increasing the humidity. |
