PURPOSE:To reduce service processing time and to facilitate the addition of service by revising the content of a task control management table freely in response to the service request from a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:Relating information (such as cause to start. task number and start destination address) as to how the content of a task control management table 3 is to be revised corresponding to the service is registered in advance in a task information revision table 4. Then input analysis means 5, 5a analyze the service request from a terminal equipment, designates a task realizing the relevant service request and a service corresponding means 6 obtains the information of the designated task from the task information revision table 4 to revise the content of the task control management table 3. According to the revised task control management table 3, a task basic control means 2 starts a task to realize the service request from the terminal equipment. Thus, the service processing time is reduced and the addition of services is facilitated.
