FLUE FROM GAS OUTLET OF COKE DRY-TYPE EXTINGUISHER

PURPOSE:To obtain the title flue of reduced dust content accompanied by gas out-flow, when high-temperature gas is sent out to the heat exchanger, by setting a detachable gas flow path in inclination at the bottom of the outlet of the annular ducts. CONSTITUTION:The gas flow path 31 is set on the bottom 19 of the furnace wall of the exhaust 8 of the annular duct whereby high accumulation of coke lumps is prevented in the gas flow direction 21. In addition, the gas flow pipe or gas flow frame 27 is a cavity free from invasion of coke lumps, and the proportion of the inert gas coming up to the cooling chamber and partially passing through the exhaust outlet as a separated flow 21a becomes high. As a result, the flow rate of inert gas 21 passing right beneath the upper furnace wall 17 becomes small and the force accompanying coke dust becomes weak, too.
