Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To effectively prevent an arm from shortcircuiting with a simple structure by providing an interlock function of conducting one of the first and second switching elements which form the arm and stopping the conductor of the other. CONSTITUTION:Switching elements 30, 32 are respectively controlled by switching control circuits 24, 26 and photorecepters CPb4, CPb3. When a control signal for conducting the first switching element 30 forming the arm is supplied to the element, an input circuit for inbetween the base and the emitter of the second switching element 32 is held almost in a shortcircuited state. Similarly, when the control signal for conducting the second switching element 32 is supplied to the element, the input circuit for inbetween the base and the emitter of the first element 30 is held almost in shortcircuited state.
