YOKE FOR MOTOR

PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly and to reduce rattling by jointing two stators back to back of which a ring-shaped intermediate yoke having a springlike crimped section in periphery is mounted and formed to the open end side of a nearly cylindrical jar-shaped external yoke. CONSTITUTION:A nearly cylindrical jar-shaped external yoke 1 has an insert section of a rotor in the center on its closed end side. In the periphery on the open end side plural recessed sections 1a are formed. Around a nearly disc- shaped intermediate yoke 20 fitted into the peripheral section of the external yoke 1 plural projected pieces 20a and 21 engaged with the recessed section 1a of the external yoke 1 are formed, while a part 21 of it is crimped to the fitted surface of the external yoke 1 to make a springlike crimped section. In the external yoke 1 a coil bobbin (not illustrated) is enclosed to form a 1st stator 30. A 2nd stator 30' in quite the same structure is constituted and both stators are put back to back, into which a rotor is engaged. A motor with springlike crimped sections without rattling both of the stators can thereby be easily assembled. It is suitable for a stepping motor.
