Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make possible to readily and quickly measure the above activity in high accuracy by introducing object enzyme containing enzyme inhibitor into a column filled with specific filler. CONSTITUTION:A substrate such as D-phenylalanylpipecorylalginin paranitroanilide(DPAN) recognized by enzyme such as thrombin is immobilized on a support of hard beads such as water-insoluble silica gel having 3-100mum particle diameter and functional group such as epoxy group to obtain a filler to measure enzyme activity. Next, a hollow tube made of glass, etc., is filled with said filler to obtain a column. Then, object enzyme such as thrombin co-existing with inhibitor such as antithrombin is introduced into said column and reacted at about 25 deg.C for about 3min to liberate decomposed substrate such as paranitroaniline(PNA). Thus, said PNA is determined to measure activity of the object enzyme.
