LANYARD-GUIDED CONVEYING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain a conveying device with easy roping at a low cost by suspending a frame via a crawler type upper rotary device running on one guide lanyard and running the frame with an engine fitted to the frame. CONSTITUTION:The power of an engine 7 is transmitted to a sprocket 33 via a belt 9, a hydraulic speed change gear 11, a brake device 13, a reduction gear 15 and a belt 17, and a shoe 29 is rotated along a guide rail 23. A sprocket 55 is rotated via a belt 61, a reversing device 63 and a belt 65 from a sprocket 31, and a shoe 53 is rotated in the same direction as the shoe 29 along a guide rail 47. As the shoe 29 and the shoe 53 are rotated, a frame 5 is moved along a pinched guide lanyard 1, and a conveyed object suspended on a hook 69 is conveyed. Since one guide lanyard 1 is used, roping is made easy, pressing areas of the shoes 29 and 53 pressing the guide lanyard 1 are large, thus a large load can be conveyed without generating a slip.
