Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To stably operate a reactor by increasing the rotating speed of a circulating pump to the speed at which cavitation is not generated and restarting the pump right after the instantaneous reactivation of a power source from a power source loss signal and the rotating speed signal of the circulating pump. CONSTITUTION:A detection signal S1 is emitted by a detecting section 13 upon detection of the instantaneous stop of the power source 7. A restart controller 20 receives the signal S1 and converts the same to the holding signal of a logical circuit operating signal S3 and a control system switching signal S4 of an inverter 10. The control system is controlled by the signal S4 to stand by. The signal S3 is stopped to prevent a malfunction by the signals S1, S2 via a NOT circuit 21 and a delay circuit 22. The rotating speed signal S5 of the pump 5 is applied successively from a speed detecting section 11 and the signals S6, S7 except + or -20% from a speed setting section 12 to the start controller 20 by which start signals S8, S9 are obtd. The pump restart completion signals S10, S8, S9 are processed in the logical circuits and after the normal operation of the pump is confirmed, the host switching signal S12 is emitted and is succeeded to a host control system 14. The approximately the same operations take place as well at the time of the power reactivation. The circulating pump of the reactor is safely operated without generating harmful phenomena by this constitution.
