REWINDING CONTROL DEVICE FOR RECORDING PAPER

PURPOSE:To enable a sure rewinding control to be attained even just after the generation of power supply interruption and unexpected power failure by providing a means for reading status information from an EEPROM before a series of recording action and for allowing, when this information shows a status of rewinding required, a conveying mechanism of recording paper to execute rewinding action before the series of recording action. CONSTITUTION:Before starting action of 1 communication or 1 copy following a standby condition, memory information of an EEPROM 81 is read by a read circuit 9 by controlling a control part 7. Further the EEPROM 81 is assigned for the read circuit 9 and a rewrite circuit 10 by a selecting part 14. Since this read flag information (FLG), being in a standby condition up to that time, is 0, a conveyance control part 11 decides rewinding to be necessary, allowing a motor driving circuit 6 to perform driving motor for the rewinding. Thus, rewinding action of recording paper 1 is executed.
