Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable an energy saving cooling and heating operation to be carried out under a selective utilization of a solar heat in winter season and a terrestrial heat in a ground in a summer season by a method wherein a heating latent heat accumulation material is assembled in a floor surface and a cooling latent heat accumulation member is assembled in a ceiling surface. CONSTITUTION:In case of performing a heating operation in winter season, a heat energy accumulating a solar energy with a latent heat accumulation member 3 is circulated through a thermal medium such as water for a latent heat accumulation heat member 4 arranged at a floor surface under a driving of the pump 6, the heat is radiated by the heat accumulation material 4 so as to heat an interior part R. At this time, solar heat is accumulated during a daytime period, a valve 11 at a piping circuit 9 is kept closed. With this arrangement, the solar heat is accumulated at the daytime period, the pump is driven and the heat medium is moved to the latent heat accumulation material placed at the floor surface. The medium is heated during night time together with a heat accumulation and then heating is carried out gradually from an early morning to a day time. In the case that a cooling is carried out in summer season, the terrestrial heat is accumulated in the latent heat accumulation material 8 buried in the ground is accumulated and then the heat is accumulated in the latent heat accumulation material 7 arranged at the ceiling surface through refrigerant and then the heat is gradually radiated in the daytime and cooled. |
