Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To ensure the prevention of explosion by plugging a small hole formed in the upper part of a top cap with a low fusing point substance and forming air holes in the flange of a valve case and gaskets in communication with the plugged small hole. CONSTITUTION:A small hole 23 is formed in the upper part of a stop cap 2 and this hole 23 is filled in a fused state with a low fusing point substance 4 such as low fusing point alloy and thermoplastic synthetic resin and then plugged by cooling and solidification. The small hole 23 is communicated with the interior of a container through air holes 51, 37 and 61 formed in a gasket 5, the flange 31 of a valve case 30 and a gasket 6, respectively, to always hold the low fusion point substance 4 therein in contact with gases in the container. Such arrangement permits the low fusing point substance to melt when ambient temperature rises to its fusing point to thereby unplug the small hole 23 of the top cap 2 and thus escape aerosol in the container therethrough, thereby permitting the prevention of explosion of an aerosol container. |
