INJECTION MOLDING METHOD FOR LAMINATE WITH ITS TERMINAL COVERED WITH SKIN MATERIAL AND ITS INJECTION MOLD

PURPOSE:To eliminate creases on a skin material at the time of molding and mold a good laminate by deforming the skin material into the shape of the laminate after completion of molding, and then injecting the same between a skin material made of deformed molten synthetic resin and the end surface of a core main body and flow leveling. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 21 is deformed into the shape of a laminate between the surface of a core main body 10 and a cavity1 1c of a fixed mold 1 by preliminary clamping. A space for injecting molten synthetic resin is generated between the end surface of a core main body 10 and the cavity 1c of a fixed mold main body 1a. Then, when the molten synthetic resin is injected between the surface of the core main body 10 and the skin material 21 from an injection nozzle, the skin material 21 is compressed and deformed by the pressure of molten synthetic resin, and the molten resin flows out between the surface of the core main body 10 and the skin material 21 and filled therein to bond the skin material 21 and a synthetic resin base 24 together. Also, a laminate with its terminal 24a of the synthetic resin base 24 covered with the skin material 21 is molded.
