Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve adhesive force applied between strands in lessened scattering of the adhesive force, reduce blocking between the strands and improve the alignment of the strands by forming an adhesive film made of a hot melt type adhesive on the insulated strands and thereafter arranging a plurality of the insulated strands longitudinally in parallel to each other, to be heated and fused to each other. CONSTITUTION:An insulating film 2 made of resins such as polyurethane or polyvinyl formal is formed on a conductor 1 made of copper, copper alloy, aluminum, aluminum alloy or the like. Next, an adhesive film 3 made of a hot melt type adhesive on the insulated film 2 of the insulated strands. The hot melt adhesive is composed of such a thermal plastic resin as mainly including ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene or the like. Then, a plurality of the insulated strands are closely aligned longitudinally in parallel to each other and are heated while being hold in the alignment so that the adhesive film 3 is fused to bond the insulated strands to each other. Thus, any blocking is prevented, and the coating thickness is made thinner as well as the scattering of the adhesive is lessened.
