ASSEMBLY DEVICE FOR LARGE DIAMETER NUT

PURPOSE:To enable the screwing of a large diameter nut movably and yet manually by fitting a bearing to the nut receiving base supporting the nut, lifting the nut receiving base on which this nut is placed by a free balancer and fitting a centering guide to the nut. CONSTITUTION:A free bearing 2 is fitted in a relative shape to the nut receiving base 1 having a V type notching shape, a suspender 3 for suspending the nut receiving base 1 is provided and after setting a grooved nut 10 to the nut receiv ing base 1, the base 1 is pulled up by operating a free balancer 4. Then, a center guide 5 is fitted into a nut groove 11, a core bar 8 is inserted into the center hole 16 of a bolt 12 and the nut 10 is composed as to screw in by pushing in. Thus, the friction of a screw part becomes min. because of the nut load being not applied on the bolt, also the contact resistance with the base 1 becomes min. by the free bearing 2, so the heavy nut of large diameter can easily be screwed into the bolt.
