Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the microcapsule consisting of a high-polymer electrolyte which can be changed in volume by applying a voltage. CONSTITUTION:The microcapsule is formed of such material with which charges exist always, regardless of the quantity, or under some conditions, in a system including the high-polymer material. The microcapsule obtd. in this way has the function to expand or shrink in an arbitrary place or conditions in addition to the conventional functions of the microcapsule. For example, drugs, dye stuffs, etc., are added into the microcapsule and the inside filled matter can be released from the microcapsule in the form of an arbitrary electrode shape simply by applying the voltage thereto. The microcapsule is thus extremely useful.
