Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a steel sheet having brightness of reflectivity by printing fine patterns on the surface of a rolling roll by screen process printing and then etching or plating is performed to form fine patterns on the roll surface and to harden the surface. CONSTITUTION:A fine patterned screen net 3 is completed, an acidproof ink 6 is put on the net 3, and fine patterns are printed on a roll surface 7. Then, the surface 7 is etched to form recessed parts 9 in parts on which the ink 6 is not put or embossed plating layers 8 are formed on parts on which the ink is not put by plating. Uniform fine rugged patterns are formed on the surface 7 by removing the ink 6 with an alkaline water solution. The roll surface 7 is subjected to hardening treatment 10. Thus, uniform and regular fine rugged patterns are formed on the surface 7, so that steel sheets of high brightness reflectivity having high brightness after painting are manufactured.
