Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain the title sheet which is useful as a reinforcing material for construction and civil engineering by forming a composition which is composed of a thermosetting resin composition of a polymerizable monomer crosslinking type containing a polymer to be crosslinked and a polymerizable monomer for crosslinking and a reinforcing fibrous material into a sheet. CONSTITUTION:A composition which is composed of (A) 75 to 98wt.% of a thermosetting resin composition of a polymerizable monomer crosslinking type containing A1: 60 to 75wt.% of a polymer to be crosslinked, having 750 to 2,600 double bond potency (such as unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester resin), and A2: 20 to 40wt.% of a polymerizable monomer for crosslinking, preferably styrene, preferably, in addition, containing a curing catalyst, a curing accelerator, and (B) 2 to 25wt.% of a reinforcing fibrous material, preferably glass fiber or organic fiber mat is charged into the space between a pair of films and cured into a sheet, then the films are removed to obtain the subject fiber- reinforced plastic sheet of 0.4 to 1.8mm thickness. |
