Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the continuous idle running of a motor-driven pump simply as well as at a low cost and improve reliability by operating the motor-driven pump continuously regardless of the specified timing signals when the flow in a feed water pipe exceeds the fixed value. CONSTITUTION:If a faucet 3 is released and pipe pressure drops at the time of water being sufficiently reserved in a reservoir 1, a pressure switch 6 is turned on. Accordingly, the one side of input in an AND circuit 17 becomes H. Moreover, if water flow is generated in a feed water pipe, a flow switch 7 is turned on. Accordingly, the output of an inverter 16 becomes L as well as the other input in the AND circuit 17 becomes L, so that a timer 18 stops. However, as the output H of the flow switch 7 is inputted into an OR circuit 19 and H is maintained by this output, a motor-driven pump 2 continues to be operated. If the flow switch 7 is turned off, the output of the OR circuit 19 is returned to L, and the motor-driven pump 2 thereby stops.
