Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To increase the voltage of a high level output by providing a 4th transistor (TR) of opposite conduction type whose emitter is connected to a 1st output signal means and whose collector is connected to a 2nd power supply means and a 5th TR of same conduction type. CONSTITUTION:When a high level input signal is supplied to an input IN, NPN TRs Q1, Q5 are turned on and an NPN TR Q2 is turned off, a PNP TR Q3 and an NPN TR Q4 are turned off. Then a low level is outputted from an output OUT. With an input signal of a low level supplied to the input terminal IN, the TRs Q1, Q5 are turned off and TRs Q2, Q3, Q4 are turned on. Thus, a high level is outputted from the output OUT. Since a collector-emitter voltage VCE of the PNP TR Q3 is smaller than a base-emitter voltage VBE of the NPN TR, the high level output voltage VOH is increased.
