TREATMENT EQUIPMENT OF WASTE ASPHALT AGGREGATE

PURPOSE:To recover crushed stone and asphalt from a pavement peeling material with crushed stone tightly stuck thereon by providing a crushed stone screen to the outflow port of melted asphalt in an asphalt melting furnace heated via heating oil. CONSTITUTION:An asphalt melting furnace 2 heated via heating oil 1 is provided. A crushed stone screen 4 is arranged to the outflow port 3 of melted asphalt in the melting furnace 2 and fine solid is passed through the screen 4. An asphalt pavement peeling member 5 with crushed stone 7 tightly stuck thereon is introduced into this melting furnace 2. when this peeling member 5 is heated, asphalt is melted and crushed stone 7 is separated. In such a way, crushed stone 7 and asphalt can be recovered from the peeling material 5 and also fine solid such as sand is contained in the recovered asphalt and thereby asphalt for pavement having large strength is obtained.
