MANUAL DISK LOADING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To manually load a CD, to miniaturize the title device, and to simplify the composition of the device by opening a shutter in the process of inserting a caddy into a caddy holder, dropping the caddy holder on a CD reproducing mechanism part, and accurately loading the CD on a turntable using a positioning pin. CONSTITUTION:When a caddy 10 is inserted from the port of a caddy holder 20, a shutter lever 21 rotates against the pressing of a spring 21b by the inserting force, slides a caddy tip part, opens a shutter 10a of the caddy 10, and after that locks into a tip recessed part 10g of the caddy 10. At this time, when the caddy tip presses a pressing part 42b of a lock lever 42, since a lock 40f of an eject lever 40 is released by the pressing, the eject lever 40 slides forward on a chassis 50, the caddy holder 20 moves down on a CD reproducing mechanism part 30, and a CD 11 is loaded through the opening of the caddy holder 20 on a turntable 30a. Thus, the miniaturized device can be obtained, in which the CD can be easily inserted by a manual operation.
