PNEUMATIC TIRE RIM

PURPOSE:To prevent a bead part on the one side from falling off a bead sheet part by forming a bent part between a rim bottom part and the bead sheet part on the one side, and additionally providing the inner upper part of the bent part with a case having a stopper body which can appear freely and frequently. CONSTITUTION:In assembling a tire 2 on a rim 1, both side bead parts 3, 4 of the tire 2 are first fitted into the bottom 7 of the rim 1. Normal internal pressure next fills up the tire 2 to make both the side bead parts 3, 4 move axially outside respectively. In this case, a radially outside end of a case 10 additionally provided on a bent part 8 of the rim 1 is positioned radially more inside than a bead seat part 5 on the one side. In addition to that, a stopper body 12 making frequent appearances toward the case 10 is pushed into a radial inside by the bead part 3 on the one side to be immersed in the case 10. The bead part 3 on the one side is therefore seated on the bead seat 5 on the one side. The stopper body 12 is then extruded from the case 10 to check the movement of the bead part 3 toward its axial inside.
