Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To efficiently produce flavin nucleotides by reacting a precursor thereof with adenosine 5'-triphosphate in an aqueous medium in the presence of a microorganism holding a specific recombinant DNA. CONSTITUTION:A microbial cell of a microorganism, belonging to the genus Corynebacterium or Brevibacterium and holding a recombinant DNA containing a DNA fragment carrying genetic information related to synthesis of flavin mononucleotide or flavin adenine dinucleotide, culture solution or treated substance thereof is prepared. A precursor of flavin nucleotides are then reacted with adenosine-5'-triphosphate in an aqueous medium in the presence of the above-mentioned microbial cell, etc., to produce the flavin nucleotides. The formed flavin nucleotides are subsequently collected from the afore-mentioned reaction solution.
