Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To detect temperature at a high accuracy with high resolutions by measuring a temperature change from a very low temperature to a room temperature with a sensor using one crystal. CONSTITUTION:When a crystal 10 is cut out at a specified side ratio w/t, a stable vibration behavior is continued in a temperature range from a very low temperature range to a room temperature. This crystal temperature sensor CS is inserted into a very low temperature tank 120 forming a superconductive state and an intermittent radio wave is made to irradiate the sensor CS from an external antenna 107. When an irradiation radio wave coincides with the resonance frequency of the crystal 10, an radio wave based on a echo vibration wave is transmitted to the antenna 107 from a loop antenna of the sensor CS. Based on a received signal thereof, a data currently addressed with a counter circuit 102 is read out and a resonance frequency of the sensor is detected to measure a temperature. |
