DESTINATION DISPLAYING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To change a destination display without the external aid of a person's hand by converting numerical data to be inputted from an external telephone set into a person's name, a destination data or the like in accordance with a previously set program by a private exchange. CONSTITUTION:When a company staff (A) calls the extension number of a display board through an external telephone set 5, a line is connected to a private exchange 3 through a public line 4. The exchange 3 confirms a connection with an electric light display board 1 and returns a connection answering tone to the telephone set 5. The company staff (A) confirms the connection with the display board 1 through this answering tone and inputs a number to show the company staff (A) and a number to show a destination from the telephone set 5. The inputted numerical data are respectively converted into a person's name and the destination in the exchange 3 and they are informed on the display board 1. This output signal is converted into a signal for display in a conversion circuit 2 and the name of the company staff (A) and his destination are displayed on the display board 1.
