Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form a ceiling plane having a sufficient strength by engaging a hook onto the engaging projection strip on the side edge surface of a ceiling panel and installing the ceiling panel onto a suspending member through the hook. CONSTITUTION:An engaging projection strip 12 which can be engaged with a hook 20 at least on a pair of sides edge surfaces 11 parallel each other is formed on a ceiling panel 10. An engaging part 21 is formed on the hook 20, and the ceiling panel 10 is installed onto a suspending member 30 by installing the engaging part 21 onto a slit 31a formed on the suspending member 30. At the engaging part 21 of the hook 20, an inclined side for generating an upward force for the hook 20 is provided by the fitting and bending into the slit 31a of the suspending member 30.
