ARMATURE COIL FOR LINEAR MOTOR

PURPOSE:To utilize coil size effectively by laminating band linear coil units only in the odd number of three or more, mutually connecting the end sections of the adjacent coil units of a laminate alternately at both ends, forming a laminated linear coil row corresponding to one phase and changing the linear coil row into double layers in specified phase difference mutually. CONSTITUTION:Band linear coil units t1-t3 in which there is no connection in intermediate sections are laminated so that the rectangular wave shapes of the linear coil units are brought alternately to antiphase in the odd number of three or more. End sections are mutually bonded respectively in mutually adjacent coil units t1, t2 and coil units t2, t3, and the coil units t1-t3 of three layers are connected in series electrically, thus shaping a laminated linear coil row A corresponding to one phase. The laminated linear coil rows A, B only of phase number sections may be displaced mutually in the row direction and disposed so as to acquire electrical phase difference corresponding to phase number in order to constitute desired phase number such as two phase number. Accordingly, coil size can be utilized effectively.
