Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide title composition useful for concrete surface coating, impregnation and cement admixture, comprising an epoxy resin, olefin carbonate and alkali. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) an epoxy resin (e.g., ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether), (B) an olefin carbonate (e.g., etylene carbonate), and (C) an alkali (e.g., Portland cement, lime, alkali metal hydroxide). This composition is cured using a curing auxiliary such as ethylenediamine.
