FLUORINE RESIN FILM-COATED LAMINATE, PARABOLIC ANTENNA AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To improve weather resistance, contamination resistance and chemical resistance by forming a surface layer of a film containing vinylidene fluoride resin and methacrylate resin, an intermediate layer of a metal foil and a rear face layer of a thermoplastic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:The film composition of a surface layer (A) contains 100-50 pts.wt. of vinylidene fluoride resin and 0-50 pts.wt. of methacrylate resin. If the vinylidene fluoride is less than 50 pts.wt., its weather resistance is reduced. The film composition of a surface layer (B) contains the same as that (A) of one side and as the other 0-50 pts.wt. of vinylidene fluoride resin and 100-50 pts.wt. of methacrylate resin. Then, a metal foil used as an intermediate layer includes, for example, aluminum, stainless steel, zinc steel plate, etc., and desirably includes aluminum. Thermoplastic resin for forming a thermoplastic resin sheet used as a rear face layer can additionally contain glass fiber, carbon fiber as required to increase its rigidity, strength.
