Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent titanate alkaline fiber from being scattered, while the stable quantitative compounding and the dispersed condition in resin are obtained by a method in which after titanic acid soda cellulose has been formed into the granulated material capable of being disintegrated, the granulated material is kneaded with resin, and titanic acid soda cellulose is uniformly dispersed in resin, while the granulated material is disintegrated. CONSTITUTION:For instance, while titanic acid soda cellulose is put in a high speed mixer and is agitated in high speed, the solution containing suitable binder is added thereinto. The binder used in granulated must be selected according to the kind of resin so that fiber group is easily disintegrated in later compound-producing process and may be uniformly dispersed in the resin, but generally methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose or starch, etc., is used. Since the bulk density of the fiber becomes two or three times or more by granulation, and its fluidity also becomes remarkably excellent even when preblend process and side feed process are used, the accordance of blocking accident in raw material-feeding process or unstability in the feeding of prescribed amount are removed, thereby producing smoothly the resin compound with uniformly compounded composition.
