Zusammenfassung:NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R represents H or lower alkyl; R represents OH, 1-5C alkyl, lower alkoxy, acylamino, halogen, cyano, nitro, amino, carboxyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower alkylcarbonyl or alkylthio; n is 0-3). EXAMPLE:1-Anilino-4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phthalazine. USE:A platelet agglutination inhibitor. PREPARATION:A 1-anilino-4-chlorophthalazine derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with imidazole, in a solvent such as benzene, THF or acetone, as necessary, preferably at 60-120 deg.C for 3-10hr. The imidazole is preferably used in a molar amount of 2-5 times based on the compound expressed by formula II.
