Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To make the coefficient of dynamic friction small and to restrain a medium from sticking by forming a fine bore on a surface which contacts with a magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:The fine bore whose average diameter is from 500nm to 10nm and whose outer wall is alumina is formed on the (100) surface made of aluminum on the surface where a magnetic recording medium slides and contacts. In the case of producing a fixed post, high purity Al 2 is formed on 4% Mn-Al 1 in a vacuum deposition method at first. Then, anodic oxidation is performed in 3wt.% oxalic acid solution after performing alkali etching. Thus, Al2O3 3 which is a regular hexagon pole cell is formed on the surface. Since a case that the cell is sometimes too small for the surface roughness of the medium which slides on the surface occurs, the diameter of the bore 4 is made in a desired size by performing the electrolysis in 1% phosphoric acid solution. Thus, the coefficient of friction is lowered and the medium is restrained from sticking.
