Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a lever function improving agent containing a cultured and extracted material of Agaricus blazei mycelium as an active ingredient, hardly having side effects and toxicity and enabling long-term administration. CONSTITUTION:A cultured and extracted material of Agaricus blazei which is a mushroom of the genus Agaricus is contained as an active ingredient. In a process studying on antiulcer activity of the above-mentioned extract, it is found that lowering of lever function of a cancer-carrying animal is extremely remarkably prevented by administration of the above-mentioned extract. The above-mentioned extract is remarkably stable, stable at least for three years in ambient temperature and lowering of activity is not found on heating or also in sterilization of 120 deg.C and for 20min.
